2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed gallery part two

While this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed had plenty of Porsche 911s to ogle, Zuffenhausen’s presence at the world-famous automotive extravaganza wasn’t limited to the iconic sports car.

From historic Le Mans legends, to the latest hybrid hypercar, Porsche’s long history of other sports cars was richly celebrated in West Sussex, as the final part of our gallery shows. Enjoy:

Waiting for the off, a 1982 Porsche 956 in its iconic Rothmans livery sits at the startline as a 911 GT1 roars away.

From one legendary colour scheme to another. Here the Gulf Racing Porsche 908.

Despite nearly being two years old, the Porsche 918 Spyder continues to be a crowd-pleaser at events such as the Festival of Speed.

Complete with Weissach Pack, the 918 Spyder gave Total 911 Editor, Lee Sibley the ride of a lifetime up the Goodwood driveway.

Look out for a video onboard the 918 Spyder coming to Total911.com very soon.

Fresh from victory at Le Mans, the no. 19 Porsche 919 Hybrid made an appearance on Sunday with Brendon Hartley at the wheel.

On the 'Style et Luxe' lawn, this 356 Speedster certainly didn't look out of place.

Goodwood on a summer's day and a Rothmans 956 scorching passed Lord March's house. Perfect.

After recently capturing victory no. 17, it was understandable that Porsche wanted to parade a few of its Le Mans legends.

A seldom seen sight outside the Porsche Museum, the 1981 Porsche 936 that won that year's 24 Hours of Le Mans.

One of Porsche's best GT cars? Only time will tell, but the Cayman GT4 certainly proved popular over the Festival of Speed weekend.

2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed gallery part one

This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed was as spectacular as ever, with a vast array of Porsche 911s shooting up Lord March’s famous hillclimb and basking in the glorious sunshine on his many lawns.

From Singer’s UK debut to the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS, there was something to satisfy every neunelfer fan, as the first part of our gallery attests. Enjoy:

Even among storied neighbours, the new Porsche 991 GT3 RS garnered a lot of interest on its UK debut.

As well as having one on display, Porsche sent the latest Rennsport up the hill, showcasing the new 4.0-litre DFI flat six.

The 2011 Nürburgring 24 Hours-winning 997 GT3 RSR was pedalled (pretty rapidly) by team boss, Olaf Manthey.

Meanwhile, in the paddock, a new 991 RSR sat on display under a rather apt quote...

One of the big talking points at Goodwood was the UK debut of Singer Vehicle Design and their first 911 Targa reimagining.

With a reputation for the utmost refinement, Singer was rewarded with a spot on the Cartier 'Style et Luxe' lawn.

Like their previous modified 911s, the Targa showcased Singer's unmistakable attention to detail.

Among a plethora of 1930s, 40s and 50s exotica, Singer's reimagined 964 Targa was particularly eye-catching.

Sitting on the grass wasn't enough for Rob Dickinson's company though, as they also took to the hill in their UK-based build.

Porsche's Le Mans icons often took centre stage on Lord March's hallowed driveway.

In West Sussex's glorious sunshine, the new 911 GT3 RS's carefully crafted details came to the fore.
